Acer plans to unveil both a 7-inch and 10-inch tablet computer in Q4 2010, according to a report from the DigiTimes. The story is short on device specifics other than the tablet will sport ARM architecture and the Google Android OS.
The report also claims the tablet computer will feature multimedia capabilities and that Acer is currently in negotiations telecomm companies for cellular connectivity.
Acer is also working on the LumiRead600 eReader, which is set to drop in coming months and recently went through an FCC review. The said model is known to have WiFi 802.11 b/g capability. Acer also announced a 3G eReader for release later in the year.
