In addition to a pair of Windows tablets, Dell has also taken the wraps off two inexpensive tablets that will run Google Android.
Although they will have different size displays -- 7 inches and 8 inches respectively -- both will have the same 1280 x 800 resolution.
The Venue 7 will have 16GB of on-bard storage capacity, while those who purchase the Venue 8 will have a choice of 16GB or 32GB. Both will have a microSD memory card slot.
These tablets will use dual-core Intel Atom Z2760 ("Clover Trail") processors. The smaller will have a 1.6GHz one, while the larger will have a 2.0GHz one.
Camera resolution resolution will also be different: The Venue 7 will include a VGA front camera and a 3 megapixel main camera, but the Venue 8 is going to have a 2MP front-facing camera and 5MP rear-facing one.
They are scheduled to launch on October 18. The Venue 7 will sell for $150, while the Venue 8 will go for $180.
