President Barrack Obama will have his second inauguration today. The swearing-in ceremony and attendant speech is available to watch on tablets and smartphones for those who don’t have access to a TV.

Presidential Inauguration AppEven those who don’t feel the need to see him take the oath of office might be interested in the speech he will give — presidential inaugural addresses are typically considered among the most important speeches given by any President.

Multiple Options

The President’s Inaugural Committee has worked with AT&T to create iOS and Android apps that will stream the swearing in and speech. This software also gives other details on the inauguration.

The iOS version is on iTunes, while the Android version can be found on Google Play. Both are free, and will run on devices from any carrier, not just AT&T.

In addition, the committee has created an official YouTube channel that will stream the festivities live. This should be accessible to anyone with an Android or iOS device. If there’s some problem with that one, ABC News will also be streaming the event on YouTube.
