More about the Apple iPad Mini

According to previous unconfirmed reports, Apple’s next tablet will have a smaller screen than its predecessors — 7.85 inches instead of 9.8 inches. It will supposedly be about the size of a Google Nexus 7, which has a 7-inch display.

Naturally, the iPad Mini will debut running Apple iOS 6, giving it Siri support. 4G LTE connectivity is expected to be an option on the more expensive versions. It will reportedly have both front- and rear-facing cameras and dual stereo speakers.

A price for this tablet is unknown, but it is rumored to cost at least $100 less than the most-recent full-sized Apple iPad.
