Want to know what iOS 7 is going to look like? Download Apple’s WWDC app.

Apple WWDC AppThis app uses a very simple “flat” aesthetic, with minimal use of color and no textures. That is how tipsters have described the look of iOS 7.

This is logical, as Apple has said publicly that it is going to unveil a new version of iOS at its World Wide Developers Conference, and the WWDC app is the official guide.

Big Changes

According to unconfirmed reports, all of Apple’s own applications are being redesigned for this new version. Jony Ive was recently put in charge of the look and feel of these, and he’s supposedly remaking them to fit his taste. Ive is the man who has been responsible for the clean, simple lines of Apple’s hardware for years, and now he gets to make the software match.

Tim Cook is scheduled to take the stage in a keynote address on Monday, June 10, and iOS 7 is likely to be on the docket.
