The next installment in the popular Assassin’s Creed franchise, Assassin’s Creed: Pirates, is now available for iOS and Android devices.

Publisher Ubisoft is asking $5 for this game, which will work on all iOS devices running iOS 7 besides the iPhone 4. If you have an iPhone 4s and up, iPad 2 and up, any iPad mini, or a fifth-gen iPod touch, you’ll be good to go. As for Android, Ubisoft says that a full list of compatible devices is still being compiled.

Assassin’s Creed: Pirates was initially unveiled this past September as a spin-off to the latest full entry in the series, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, which launched in October.

It features a new lead in the “young and ambitious” (Ubisoft’s words) Alonzo Batilla, and tasks players with taking down rival ships in real-time naval battles, all while upgrading their own ship and managing their crew of fellow pirates. Ubisoft says that the game touches on the series’ long-running conflict between the Assassins and evil Templars in some way, too.

Ubisoft Paris is on development duty.
