Another major news source has published an article predicting that Apple is about to refresh its full-size iPad, as well as the iPad mini.
Citing unnamed sources, Bloomberg claims that the next-generation iPad will retain its 9.7-inch screen, but still be smaller, thanks to slimmer screen bezels.
The news source also reported that the second version of the iPad mini will have a higher resolution display than its predecessor, but will still be 7.9 inches.
Anyone who has been following the tablet market in recent months should find the details in that article familiar. The Wall Street Journal reported essentially the same thing a couple of weeks ago, and other sources have as well.
Bloomberg was only able to say that these tablets would be out sometime later this year. Previous sources have been more spcific, indicating the iPad 5 will be released in September, with the iPad mini 2 coming in October.
