Electrovaya Announces New SC 3000 Scribbler Tablet PC



At the C3 Expo in New York, we had the opportunity to chat with the Canadian Electrovaya – manufacturer of the popular Scribbler line of slate Tablet PC’s. We were informed of the newest SC 3000 Scribbler, the first Sonoma-based Tablet PC model in the Scribbler line.


Calling the new SC 3000 “The best Tablet PC at the best price”, the following list of features appears on Electrovaya’s website:

Dual Array Microphone System (Standard)

Useful in reducing environment noise while recording. Depending upon user defined acceptance angle, the voice out of angle will be decayed.Microphone Array will also enhance accuracy of speech command when recognizition feature of MS XP TABLET O/S as well other third party applications are used.Dual Array Microphone and Acoustic software provide echo cancellation and background noise supression.

 

 

 

 

Outdoor Viewable Screen
(Optional – $289)

Enhances the visibility of text and graphics and under direct sunlight the display gets even brighter rather than becoming washed out. In low light conditions, the display’s front light can be adjusted to enhance viewability.
