Fujitsu adds fingerprint sensor to LifeBook P series

BOSTON – Fujitsu Ltd. introduced a new model in its line of ultraportable LifeBook notebooks on Monday with almost as many features as a regular-sized notebook, including a DVD drive and a fingerprint sensor.

Users can protect their notebook from unauthorized access or theft with an optional fingerprint sensor. The sensor can control access to the notebook, or store several different passwords for e-commerce Web sites or logging onto a company network.
