Fujitsu Upgrades LifeBook P1610 with 3G HSDPA

Fujitsu PC Asia Pacific recently announced the release of the LifeBook P1610 with embedded HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access), extending their HSDPA-embedded notebook PC range to a Tablet PC form factor. This is great news for Tablet users on the go. No more searching for Wi-Fi hotspots when you are short on time or carrying around those additional cables and drivers.

The LifeBook P1610 with HSDPA will maintain the same specs like a 8.9" touchscreen LCD, Core Solo processor, 512MB – 1GB of RAM and an 80GB hard drive. However the LifeBook P1610 with HSDPA is Windows Vista ready and can be fully upgraded to this much anticipated operating system.

No word on when the P1610 with HSDPA will be available or if they will be coming to the U.S. I would imagine some carrier will pick them up though, so I wouldn’t be to worried.
