Google Introduces Chrome for Android

Google Chrome for AndroidAndroid users who love using Google Chrome on their desktops, will now have a chance to use that browser wherever they go. Today, Google announces the availability of Chrome for mobile phones and tablets running Android Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0).

According to Google, the browser will function just like the desktop version as it will featureseamless sign-in and sync capability to allow personalization on each device. Users will be able to search and navigate through tabs with a simple swipe of a finger. By signing in to Chrome for Android, users will be able to view open tabs that were originally left open on a computer, will get smarter suggestions from searches, and will be able to sync bookmarks across any platform.

Chrome is now available in beta from the Android Market for phones and tablets with Android Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0).
