The Google Play Store has begun selling the Google Nexus 7 with a T-Mobile SIM card, simplifying the process of buying the version of this Android tablet with support for the telecom’s 4G HSPA+ card.
Potential customers should not be confused — neither of these versions are locked to either carrier. Both can connect to either telecom’s HSPA+ network. The SIM cards are simply there to make it easier for people to subscribe to the 4G service they prefer.
The 4G version of the tablet is $300 and comes with 32GB of internal storage. This price does not require signing any kind of service contract.
