HP Slate7 Plus, Slate 7 Extreme, Slate8 Pro, Slate10 HD Android Tablets Launch

Four Android tablets have just debuted from HP, offering a range of prices and configurations.

HP Slate8 ProThe Slate7 Plus has a 7-inch, 1280 x 800 display. It uses an Nvidia Tegra 3 processor and comes with 8GB of storage. This tablet sells for $150.

The Slate7 Extreme includes a 7-inch, 1280 x 800, IPS touchscreen. This model is built around an Nvidia Tegra 4 processor, with 16GB of internal capacity. It goes for $200.

Both have a .3MP front-facing camera, and a 5MP rear-facing one as well.

The Slate8 Pro sports an 8-inch, 1600 x 1200 display with Corning GorillaGlass. It also has a Tegra 4 chip and 16GB of storage, plus an HDMI video-out port.

This tablet has a 720p front-camera and an 8MP rear one. It sells for $330.

The Slate10 HD includes a 10-inch, 1280 x 800 screen, and is built around a Marvel PXA986 processor. It has 16GB of internal storage, and sells for $300.

All four run Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) and have 1GB of RAM, a microSD slot with support for 32GB cards, Wi-Fi b/g/n, and Bluetooth 3.0.
