Users of Apple’s new iOS 7 quickly found a bug in the unlock screen that allowed unauthorized users to access some of the features of Apple’s devices. iOS 7.0.2 has been released to remove this.

According to Apple, the version of this operating system that was released last week has the following issue: “A person with physical access to the device may be able to see recently used apps, see, edit, and share photos.”

iOS 7.0.2 was introduced to close this security hole.

Those interested in even more complete security should go to Settings > Control Center and turn off “Access on Lock Screen”.
