Lenovo IdeaPad Tablet K1 Available at Office Depot

Office Depot is one of the first retailers to sell the Lenovo IdeaPad Tablet K1, which is now available at the company’s retail stores and online site.  

Lenovo IdeaPad K1The IdeaPad K1, a 10.1-inch Android 3.1 Honeycomb-based slate, was previously available for pre-order on Office Depot’s website. The Wi-Fi only 32GB model of the tablet retails for $499 and comes with full Digital Rights Management support, making it the only Honeycomb tablet to date to support streaming Netflix. 

The K1 sports a 1280 x 800 resolution display and features HDMI out, a NVIDIA Tegra 2 CPU, and Wi-Fi b/g/n connectivity. The tablet also comes with an integrated front 2MP camera and a 5MP rear-facing camera. 

Lenovo unveiled the K1 on July 20, along with the Windows-based IdeaPad Tablet P1 and the business-centric ThinkPad Android tablet. TabletPCReview has a K1 unit in house, a full review in the near future. In the meantime, we do have a little preview of what the Netflix certified tablet has to offer for those yearning to get a closer look at the device.
