It looks like the anticipated ThinkPad X60t (ThinkPad X60 Tablet PC) will see the light of day on or around May 5th.

The website CoreDuoNews.com is the finder of this information, they found information listed on a French retailers website, Graphiland.fr, that indicates the availability of an X60t for May 5th.  CoreDuoNews.com currently indicates that the French site says April 6th as a release date,  but apparently the French retailer’s site has been updated to say May 5th (Mai 5th in French).

The specs for the X60 Tablet PC device on the retailers site are as follows:

  • Intel Core Duo T2400 1.83GHz processor
  • 1 GB RAM
  • 100GB Hard drive
  • 12.1-inch XGA screen (1024 x 768)
  • Price: 2,140 Euros (about $2,600)

Notice this is not the Low Voltage Core Duo processor, but rather full fledged.  There is also a listing of an X61t but with no specs on it, we speculate that the X61t would be the equivalent to the current Lenovo ThinkPad X60s device that has the Core Duo Low Voltage processor.
