The LG G Pad 8.3 mid-size Android tablet, which was unveiled early last month, has launched in Korea. A U.S. release is expected soon.
LG G Pad 8.3 Overview
Given its name, it’s no surprise that the tablet has an 8.3-inch screen. This has a 1920 x 1200 resolution, giving the display a pixel density of 273 ppi.
It runs Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) on a 1.7 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor, with 2GB of RAM. The tablet ships with 16GB of internal storage, and a microSD memory card slot can add 64GB more.
LG’s latest includes a 5.0MP rear camera and a 1.3MP one, as well as a 4600mAh battery.
The U.S. price for the G Pad 8.3 has not yet been announced.
