Big Changes to Microsoft Office for Tablets: Android Preview, Free Editing in iPad Apps

Android tablet users can sign up for the preview now, which is expected to grant them access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications. For instance, you can now edit documents without subscribing to Office 365. You’ll still need a subscription if you want every available feature, such as the newly-added Dropbox integration.
