The Motorola Xoom was one of the earliest models to receive the update to Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich, and now it’s one of the first to make the move to Android 4.1, aka “Jelly Bean”.
Many owners of the Wi-Fi version of the Motorola Xoom are claiming to be receiving over-the-air (OTA) updates to the latest version of Android on their tablets. To be clear, this update is supposedly going out to the general public, not just the soak testers, a program that started just a couple of days ago.
To check to see if you’ve received the update, head to the About Tablet tab under the settings menu and check using the “System Updates” button.
