Lenovo X200 Tablet PC Coming Soon?

The word is out on Lenovo’s new X200 series ThinkPads. It seems, there will be an X200 Tablet PC to take the place of the X61 tablet line-up. The X200 will have both ULV and LV processors and is set to have a September release date. Perfect timing for you back-to-school users. We will keep you posted with more information as soon as we find out all the specs for this 12.1" tablet.

SMK Introduces Wireless Input Pen

SMK Corp introduced an innovative "Wireless Input Pen." This prototype pen features a 3-axis accelerometer and Bluetooth allowing you to write to, and interact with a display at a distance of up to 10-meters. It works without any specially formatted paper as well. According to SMK, "It is the world’s first pen-type device that can transmit characters written in the air to a monitor and the company is currently applying for a patent."

Asus Eee PC 901 12GB First Look

Our very own Kevin O’Brien got the chance to get some hands-on with the new Eee PC 901, while at Computex 2008. They are currently for sale in Taiwan, even though the US won’t get them for quite a while longer.
