Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 to Be Released in U.S. April 11

Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0Those who are interested in getting their hands on the newest addition to Samsung’s tablet lineup, the Galaxy Note 8.0, don’t have long to wait.

The device has been given a U.S. release date of Thursday, April 11 and will be available both online and in retail stores for $400. It will only be available in white, but accessories are scheduled to be released in mid-April, which include book covers that come in various colors like white, grey, pink, or green. For a limited time, users who register their unit will receive a $25 credit to the Google Play store.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 is powered by a 1.6 GHz, quad-core processor and sports 2 GB of RAM and a 1280 x 800 display. Other features include 16GB of storage, a microSD card slot, and 5-megapixel/1.3-megapixel cameras.
