AT&T is launching the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 at the end of this week. This tablet will mark a reversal of course for the carrier, as it will be available at a subsidized price with a two-year service contract.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0AT&T had stopped offering subsidies on tablets last year, but has announced that this model is going to be $400 with a contract.
