Samsung Releases Q1P for Windows Vista

Samsung has joined the Vista market, with the revamped Q1P. Like its predecessors, the Q1 and the more powerful Q1P, the Q1P for Windows Vista offers full PC functionality in a tiny 1.7 pound product. The Q1P for Windows Vista is also Samsung’s first UMPC to qualify for Windows Vista certification. 

Specs for the Samsung Q1P for Windows Vista:

  • Intel Pentium processor (1.0 GHz)
  • 60GB hard drive
  • 1GB of memory (twice that of the original Q1 model)  
  • 2.5 hour battery life
  • 7" LCD touch screen. 
  • "inking" feature, which allows data to be directly inputted through the touch screen
  • WiFi and Bluetooth  
  • AVS Now feature
  • Windows Vista Home Premium
