Warner Bros. Interactive has announced a new Superman mobile game, Man of Steel for iOS and Android. With developer Phosphor Games Studio at the helm, the game is inspired by Warner Bros. upcoming film “Man of Steel.”
The game is going to offer two distinct modes. Story Mode will follow the chronicles of the iconic superhero, transporting players to Smallville to battle against General Zod and save Earth from destruction. Survival Mode will test players’ skills as they see how long they can last against vast hordes of Zod’s forces.
Players will also be able to share their high scores, upgrade their skills, and unlock new suits by winning battles and gaining experience.
The Man of Steel App will be available starting June 14. Pricing in Apple’s App Store will be $2.99 for an iPhone/iPod version and $4.99 for an HD iPad version. An Android version will be available for $4.99 on Google Play and the Amazon Appstore.
