TechnologyGuide Is Giving Away Tablets

by Reads (3,464)

Free Tablets from TabletPCReviewWe have tablets to give away! All kinds of devices pass through the TechnologyGuide test lab, and we need to make room for the new by giving away the relatively new. For this go around, we have the HP Omni10 and Asus Vivotab Note 8, two Windows 8.1 tablets that are powered by the latest Intel Atom chip.

The experts at TabletPCReview like both devices, calling the HP Omni10 a “lightweight tablet that works well as a content consumption device or as a companion to a workhorse PC for professional needs,” and the Asus Vivotab Note 8 “a solid content-consumption product for consumers, or as a business unit for workers to read and respond to emails, surf the Web, or read documents during commute or travel times.”

So how does this work? If you haven’t already, please subscribe to one, two, or all the TechnologyGuide newsletters, which include NotebookReview, Brighthand, and TabletPCReview. Here are the links:

Beginning June 9th and lasting until July 9th, we’ll include a special phrase in each along with an email address. Simply send a note to that email address with the phrase in the subject line, and include your name, address, and preferred email address in the body. After July 9th, we’ll select two winners at random.

Sound easy? It is. Here are the official rules. Only one entry per subscriber will count toward the drawing. Winners will be notified via email.

I regret that I do not live in the U.S. 🙁

Robert, we don’t want to exclude our readers from outside the U.S. but some countries put high tariffs on items that are shipped in, even when those items are being given away as prizes. These tariffs can be as much as 50% of the market price of the device, which is beyond what our budget can afford.
