Pros: 1.6P-M is great, quiet, bright screen, clear, fast, no programing problem, it runs all applications with little difficulty. Runs better than my 3.2P4 Desk top. Battery life is 3.5+ hours, I can not complain. I got the R10 with the 1.6P-M upgrade which is seemingly the same as the R15 but $150 cheaper. I upgrades the ram from 256 to 1.2G ( – 1G ($206)), it runs great. I can run a CAD, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, and Arcsoft Photostudio at the same time with minimal drain on the system. MS Rise of Nations (2GB game) Runs great too, i did not have to limit the graphic and it ran smoothly.

Cons: I wish it had covers for the ports. I feel that with my constant traveling they build up gunk. Internal Blue Tooth would be great, since this computer is constatntly in motion extranious appendages easily get knocked around.

This is a great tablet pc for the price offered

Pros: Bought it today at Best Buy. Found a $150 rebate online at, but when I asked about it at the store, they couldn’t find a rebate. It is available online though…it expires 04/16/05. This is my first notebook computer. Setup was a breeze. My concern was that I would have some type of trouble configuring it with my wireless home network. The startup configuration didn’t pick up the network, but after finishing the start up configuration, it vey quickly recognized the connection and I was surfing the net. The screen is great. I’m really happy with all the ports available. I’m just happy to have my first Tablet PC 🙂

Cons: Best Buy gave me a hard time with my new credit account. 12 months no interest, but had to wait a while for their credit company (Household Band) to fix something on their end to authorize the purchase. That’s the only reason I’m giving it a 5 for Service & Support. It has nothing to do with Toshiba service and support. Other than that I haven’t found anything to be unhappy about.
