Professional artists and graphic designers who want to use an iPad to sketch, paint and draw will soon have a new accessory: Wacom’s Intuos Creative Stylus.
“We’re very excited to announce that ProCreate supports the new Intuos Creative Stylus and we can’t wait to see what artists achieve with these two powerful mobile tools,” says James Cuda, developer of ProCreate for iPad. Other apps that support this digital pen will include Autodesk SketchBook Pro for iPad, ArtRage by Ambient Design, Psykopaint, and Wacom’s own Bamboo Paper.
Wacom says a replaceable AAAA battery will last for days of constant use.
The stylus will have a brushed aluminium housing in two color versions – black and blue/black. There will be two shortcut buttons on the side,
It is going to come with a case that holds the stylus, spare battery, and two replacement nibs.
The Wacom Intuos Creative Stylus will sell for $99, and will be available at the beginning of October from Best Buy.
