Samsung Galaxy Note Pro and Tab Pro Arriving in U.S. Feb. 13
Korean tablet maker Samsung has announced that its Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 can be now pre-ordered in the U.K. The
The basic 32GB Wi-Fi version of the NotePRO 12.2 will cost £650, (approximately $1,076 USD), putting it in a price range well above most Android tablets currently on the market.
The version of the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 with 4G LTE is not yet available for purchase in the U.K, but is expected to carry an even higher price tag.
A U.S. Price?
A release date and price for this super-size tablet have not been announced for U.S. markets, leaving many to wonder if the U.K. price is an indication of what it will sell for on the other side of the Pond.
As a comparison of prices, the Apple iPad Air 32GB WiFi retails for £480, while in the U.S. it is $600. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) costs £480 on Amazon UK, and is $600 in the U.S. However, the U.S. equivalant of £480 is $790 not $600, which seems to indicate that the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 is going to sell for much less than $1,076 in the U.S.
U.K. customers who pre-order the device will also receive a free Gamepad, (a £59 value).
