Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5

The Galaxy Tab S 10.5  runs Android 4.4 KitKat, and has 3 GB of RAM. There are versions with 16GB or 32GB of internal memory, expandable by up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

The tablet has a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED display at a 2560 x 1600 resolution, a 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, and 2-megapixel front-facing one.

There are both WiFi-only and LTE-enabled versions.
