Verizon Ellipsis 7 -- Vertical

Verizon’s 4G LTE tablet serves plenty of daily functions.

The Verizon Ellipsis 7 runs Android 4.2.2 on a  1.2 GHz quad-core processor, and includes a 7-inch screen with 1280 x 800 resolution. There is 8 GB of memory and a microSD slot, so users can expand their storage by a maximum of 64 GB.

  • Pros

    • Simple, cheap 4G tablet
    • Decent base specs
    • Expandable memory
  • Cons

    • No 3G fallback
    • Poor camera
    • Unexciting design

Quick Take

If all that you care about is internet on the go and basic tablet features, the Ellipsis 7 is a decent deal. If you're looking for a more well-rounded tablet with more longevity, you might want to look elsewhere.
